Position Summary

The primary responsibility is to provide a safe environment, emotional and social support, and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort, following care plans and policies.

Qualifications

• Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing per state laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old (or in high school if 16).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions.
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with staff and adhere to safety and sanitary standards.

Experience

Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Shift & Wage

• Full-Time, 1st and 2nd shifts.
