Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We Offer Daily Pay

$2,000 sign on bonus paid out quarterly (F/t and P/t only)

Shifts available: Day or Night (12 Hour Shifts)

Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to our residents and patients. In this CNA role, you will assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

This position provides several benefits including: overtime opportunities, paid in-service training, incentive bonuses, and employee recognition programs.

Pay and Compensation:

You will earn a competitive hourly rate between $18 and $22, with $1.00/hour shift diffs for 3p-11p and $0.75/hour for 11p-7a.

Additional compensation includes:

• 1.5X Holiday Pay
• 1.5X Overtime Pay for hours over 40 per week

Requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and Intranet navigation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds; physical work is primary (more than 70%) of the job
• Able to stand and/or walk for more than four hours per day
• Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one hour at a time
