Job summary

Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center in Port Charlotte, FL, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated care team. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care and support residents with daily activities, mobility, and wellness activities.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required; Florida CNA licensure is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Support the nursing team by fostering a warm, respectful, team-focused atmosphere.

• Accurately document care provided and changes in residents’ conditions using appropriate logs and forms.

• Support the nursing team by fostering a warm, respectful, and team‑focused atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida

• Previous long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
