Campbellsville Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking certified nursing assistants to join our 67-bed facility in Campbellsville, KY. We offer 12-hour schedules with flexible options and opportunities for same-day pay.

Full-time or part-time roles available with room for annual raises and ongoing education. As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, help ensure comfort and safety, and support our care team in delivering respectful, person-centered care in a long-term care

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA state certification.
• Successful completion of state approved CNA training.
• Good standing in state registry required.
• Prior LTC CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and respond to residents' needs.
• Provide direct resident care including bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Explain procedures to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bowel and bladder functions and transporting to appointments/activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Baylor Weekend shift also available. Work 36 hours, get paid for 44.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Ensures that resident's personal care needs are being met in accordance with Residents' wishes and Care Plan Objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

• Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs and ensures call lights are within reach of resident.
• Ensures that residents' who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
• Gives direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Explains procedures to residents.
• Assists residents as necessary in their activities of daily living.
• Assists residents with bowel and bladder functions, Assists residents in preparation for and transporting to appointments, activities and social programs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English. Prior experience as LTC nursing assistant preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.
