Job description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each resident with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well‑being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred
