Job summary

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care while promoting independence.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to deliver safe, quality care.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful impact every day by helping residents live with comfort, dignity, and independence.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Providing compassionate, person-centered care while promoting resident independence
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Working collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care in a safe, welcoming environment

What We're Looking For

• Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, memory care, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable individuals with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for serving older adults
