Job summary

The Arbor Terrace Monmouth in Shrewsbury, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for full-time and part-time positions. Join a caring team that values residents and supports growth, with benefits and flexible scheduling.

You'll assist seniors with daily living, build meaningful relationships, and work alongside nurses to deliver exceptional care in a warm, community setting.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA or HHA certification required.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience as CNA or HHA.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Build meaningful relationships through compassionate, personalized care.
• Encourage resident participation in social activities and community life.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with nurses and team members to provide outstanding resident care.
