Job summary

Garden Terrace Alzheimer's Center of Excellence (Aurora) in Aurora, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time, night-shift role. The center is affiliated with Life Care Centers of America and offers opportunities to grow within a multidisciplinary team.

The CNA will deliver daily patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.).
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
