Job summary

The Good Shepherd Health & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, OH is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care and support the nursing staff with daily activities and vital sign checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility including transferring and positioning safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
