Bethany Health & Rehabilitation Center in Canton, OH is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. You will provide hands-on care and support residents according to their care plans, helping them maintain independence with compassionate service.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning them safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.
