Key Responsibilities:

• Care for seniors and patients with illnesses or chronic conditions in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (ADLs): bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating, nutritional intake
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises
• Monitor vitals, document changes, and check blood glucose
• Collaborate with healthcare team to follow care plans
• Report issues needing medical attention or equipment adjustments

Minimum Requirements:

• Active CNA license
• CPR and BLS certifications
• Valid Maryland driver’s license, auto insurance, transportation
• Compassionate, good communicator, able to lift up to 50 lbs
