Job summary

Northview Health and Living in Indiana is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caring team. We offer full-time and part-time positions with a variety of shifts and a supportive work environment.

Our staff is valued; we invest in professional growth and deliver excellent resident care, with compensation from $18.00 to $21.50 per hour and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or active enrollment in a CNA program.
• Compassionate, patient-focused care for residents.
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents and assist with daily living activities.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team.
• Document resident needs and care provided accurately.
