Park View Rehabilitation Center in Sac City, Iowa is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our supportive clinical team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and help maintain a safe, comforting environment for our residents.

Ideal candidates will hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or certification from an Iowa CNA program, with prior CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa CNA certificate or complete an Iowa CNA program.
• Prior CNA experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Observe changes in condition and report them promptly.
• Maintain a safe environment and support resident education.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Park View Rehabilitation Center by performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration, applicants should have an unencumbered State of Iowa Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, or a certificate of completion from a State of Iowa Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program. Prior CNA experience is preferable.
