Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The role involves providing routine nursing care to assigned patients, including assistance with activities of daily living, bathing, feeding, and grooming, under supervision and in line with standards.

We offer a Weekend Warrior program with additional weekend shifts and premium differentials across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA licensure in the applicable state, active and in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed.
• Deliver care in accordance with Life Care standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient well-being.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
