Job summary

RCM Health Care Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week assignment in Aberdeen, Washington. The role supports long-term care residents, providing essential daily care and monitoring under supervision.

You will work days, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain quality patient care and compliance. Requires two years of recent LTAC/long-term care experience, valid CNA licensure for Washington, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of recent experience in the unit type preferred.
• Valid licensure and/or certifications for state of work.
• Candidates must demonstrate ability to be flexible, adapt to fast paced environment, and remain professional during times of stress and change.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
