Job summary

Aberdeen Health & Rehab is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring nursing team in Aberdeen, SD. CNAs provide essential personal care to residents with compassion and integrity, helping with daily activities and comfort.

Starting pay $16.50 per hour with experience-based increases, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, and shift differentials on evenings, nights, and weekends. Mileage reimbursements available for working at both locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state-specific certification.
• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, bathing.
• Provide person-centered care under nursing supervision.
• Support care team to ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
• Demonstrate compassion and integrity in daily resident interactions.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

• Starting pay $16.50/hr, increases depending on experience
• $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time
• AM shift (6am-2pm): Shift differential of $1.50hr on weekends
• PM shift (2pm-10pm):Shift differential of $4/hr on weekdays, $5/hr on weekends
• NOC Shift (10pm-6am): Shift differential of $2/hr on weekdays, $3/hr on weekends
• Ability to work in Aberdeen and Faulkton (mileage reimbursement available for those working at both locations)
• Certification training available!
