Job summary

UF Health Central Florida’s CFH ADU team seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide hands-on patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and support a safe, comfortable environment on Day shift.

Under supervision of the Unit Director and RN, you will support patient transport and comfort, participate in a team-focused care setting, and meet English-language requirements while working four 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Monday through Friday with one weekday off and occasional

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Unit Director and direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or Staff RN, the Certified Nursing Assistant supports patient care by assisting with activities of daily living and helping maintain a clean, comfortable and safe care environment.

• Shift: Days


• Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM


• Work Week: Monday-Friday with one scheduled weekday off


• Status: Full-Time | 40 hours/week


• On-Call Requirement: Weekend on-call coverage for Endoscopy transport approximately once per month | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM


• Role Focus: Direct patient care, activities of daily living, patient comfort, safety and transport support
