Position Summary

Under the direction of the Unit Director and direct supervision of the Charge RN and/or Staff RN, the Certified Nursing Assistant supports patient care by assisting with activities of daily living and helping maintain a clean, comfortable and safe care environment.

Work Information

• Department: CFH ADU
• Shift: Days
• Schedule: Four 10‑hour shifts | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Work Week: Monday–Friday with one scheduled weekday off
• Status: Full‑Time | 40 hours/week
• On‑Call Requirement: Weekend on‑call coverage for Endoscopy transport approximately once per month | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Role Focus: Direct patient care, activities of daily living, patient comfort, safety and transport support

Qualifications

Education

• Post‑high school specialized training required

Licensure & Certification

• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
• BLS required
