Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. in Arlington, MA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and support seniors aging in place with non-medical services. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, building trust and providing personalized assistance.

The role runs seven days a week for 4 hours daily (2 mornings, 2 evenings), with benefits including flexible scheduling, free uniforms, paid time off, training & development, and wellness resources.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred
• 6 months of full-time caregiving or 12 months part-time caregiving for geriatric/chronically ill individuals
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance
• Proof of TB testing
• Physically able to perform duties
• Mature, caring, punctual and reliable
• Criminal background check required

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

Position is for 7 days a week 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
