HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is hiring caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and Direct Care Workers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors in Surprise, AZ. Full-Time and Part-Time positions with flexible schedules and immediate start are available.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/PCA certification or caregiving experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid AZ driver’s license.
• Must pass background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care promoting safety and independence.
• Personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and dementia care.
• Medication reminders and transportation to appointments.
• Document client care accurately and communicate with family.

Caregiver Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality, non-medical in‑home care while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting)
• Companion Care and Emotional Support
• Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
• Medication Reminders
• Mobility and Transfer Assistance
• Transportation to Medical Appointments and Errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
• Fall Prevention and Safety Monitoring
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Communication with Family Members and Care Team
• Accurate Documentation of Client Care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current TB Test.
• Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
