Job summary

Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Elba, AL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and support the nursing team in a fast-paced environment.

This Baylor Program position emphasizes weekend 16-hour shifts and one weekday 8-hour shift. New graduates are welcome to apply; excellent communication and patient-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Alabama is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide vital sign monitoring and report findings to licensed staff.
• Aid with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion.
• Support with feeding, mealtime assistance, and hydration.
• Collaborate with care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and services.
