Lake Prince Woods in Suffolk, VA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. As part of the EveryAge family, you will assist residents with daily activities under RN supervision and help maintain independence and dignity.

This full-time position offers a 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift, competitive pay ($18.50–$20.50/hr), a supportive team, and a range of benefits including health, retirement, PTO, tuition assistance, and ongoing training.

Position Summary

The CNA provides direct resident care and supports residents in maintaining the highest possible level of independence and quality of life. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will assist residents with daily activities while ensuring care is delivered in accordance with physician orders, company policies, and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Required Education

• Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Current CNA certification and required in-service training

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Passion for serving older adults

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
