Job summary

High Shoals Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our nonprofit, mission-driven team in Georgia. You will care for residents with dignity, assist with daily living tasks, and work closely with nurses to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
