Job summary

Taylor County Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our mission‑driven team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support mobility, and work closely with nurses to deliver dignified, patient‑centered care.

We offer competitive wages from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Georgia.
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
