Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team across all shifts in Greenfield, MA. You will provide compassionate patient care and support in a warm environment.

We offer a $1500 sign-on bonus for full-time employees, competitive hourly pay ranging from $19 to $25, and a benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K. Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CNA certification required.
• Newly certified CNAs encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work varying shifts: days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide basic care and support to patients, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including a clutter-free workspace.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
