The Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and document changes for nurses. You’ll help maintain safety and comfort while supporting resident-centered care.
Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles are available across all shifts in Boston, MA with competitive pay ($19.50–$23/hour) and benefits in a collaborative, supportive team.

Shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Deliver direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
Support Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses in care delivery
Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
Uphold safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Serve as a mentor and role model for other Certified Nursing Assistants
