Job summary

The Advocate Healthcare Center of East Boston is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and document changes for nurses. You’ll help maintain safety and comfort while supporting resident-centered care.

Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles are available across all shifts in Boston, MA with competitive pay ($19.50–$23/hour) and benefits in a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Massachusetts.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct resident care as a CNA.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Support licensed nurses in care delivery.
• Participate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Mentor and role model for other CNAs.

Shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am
