Responsibilities

• Taking vital signs: Measure and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Patient communication: Talk with patients about their symptoms and relay this information to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Charting observations: Document patient observations in their medical records.
• Assisting with mobility: Help turn, lift, or reposition patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Shift Details

This position is for the 3 PM to 11 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in your state.
• Basic patient care skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (preferred).
