Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant in New Jersey. Daily pay is available.

The facility offers a $200 travel allowance for full-time CNAs and is located at 1001 Center St., Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The CNA will provide hands-on resident care under licensed nursing supervision, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment while supporting the care team in delivering high-quality,

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in NJ.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Able to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced team setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity.
• Support the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is located at 1001 Center St., Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. To help make the commute more convenient, a $200 travel allowance is available for full-time CNAs.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high‑quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
