Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our team in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This full-time position offers daily pay and a $200 travel allowance to help with the commute.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing compassionate care under supervision, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Must hold an active CNA license and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is located at 1001 Center St., Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. To help make the commute more convenient, a $200 travel allowance is available for full-time CNAs.
