Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 171-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide basic resident care under licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment focused on dignity and quality of life.

We offer daily pay, a $200 travel allowance for full-time CNAs, and a supportive workplace culture built

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment (New Jersey).
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high‑quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident-centered care.
