CareOne Weymouth is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for full-time day shifts, 7am-3pm, with per diem shifts including weekends. Competitive hourly pay $20-$30, based on experience and shifts.

As a CNA, you will provide basic patient care under nursing staff, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified or state-tested Nursing Assistant.
• Active nursing aide certification in the state of operation.
• Must read, write, speak English.
• Able to provide care to residents of various ages.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff directions.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and linen changes.
• Move patients safely and ensure comfort and safety.

Certified Nursing Assistant(s) - Full time days - 7am-3pm and PER DIEM all shifts including Weekends available!

Compensation*: $20.00 - $30.00 hourly

• Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s)

The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Basic patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Perform duties, such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, or move patients, or change linens.
• Active nursing aide certification in the state of operation.
• Prefer experience with patients of all ages in a SNF setting. Dedication to quality care.

Position Requirements

• Must be a certified or state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of the state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept.
• Must have patience tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
