Job summary

Care With Dignity at Home in Virginia seeks a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide in-home care. The role focuses on respectful, person-centered support, companionship, and assistance with daily living tasks, while maintaining the client's dignity and comfort.

You will work with clients in their own homes, follow care plans, communicate clearly with family and supervisors, and uphold safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must demonstrate reliability, patience, compassion, and professionalism.
• Must have strong communication skills and a commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
