Care with Dignity at Home LLC in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will deliver in-home personal care, help clients with daily activities, and support safety and independence in familiar surroundings.

We value reliability, patient communication, and respect for clients. Must have a valid CNA/HHA/PCA certification or be willing to obtain one, a driver’s license, and pass a background screen.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Hold a CNA, HHA, or PCA certification as applicable.
• Able to pass a background screening.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful.
• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes.
• Willing to provide required employment and compliance documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Support client safety and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Communicate changes in a client's condition to the office staff.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect at all times.

What We’re Looking For
