Job summary

Central Gardens Post-Acute in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will provide essential daily nursing support, assist with admissions/discharges and meal coordination, monitor resident health, and help create a compassionate, supportive environment for residents and peers.

• Provide Essential Care: Deliver high-quality daily nursing support and remain highly responsive to resident call lights.
• Support Clinical Flow: Assist with the seamless management of admissions and discharges, as well as meal service coordination.
• Monitor & Report: Act as the “eyes and ears” of the clinical team by monitoring resident health and reporting any status changes to supervisors immediately.
• Build Community: Foster a compassionate environment for residents and a supportive atmosphere for your peers.
