InGenesis is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work with our client in a long-term care setting. You will provide direct and indirect nursing care under licensed supervision and follow individualized treatment plans for about 60 geriatric and/or disabled members.

Shifts include early morning and late afternoon with weekend and holiday rotations as needed. The role emphasizes dignity, independence, and high-quality person-centered care in a supportive team

Competenze

• Current Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Ability to provide compassionate care to geriatric and disabled populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to perform physical duties associated with resident care, including lifting, transferring, and assisting members with mobility.

InGenesis is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to work with our client. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and follow individualized treatment programs for approximately 60 geriatric and/or disabled members.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of geriatric and disabled veterans by delivering high-quality, person-centered care in a long-term care setting.

Schedule and Work Hours

• AM Shift: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• PM Shift: 1:45 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.
• Staff weekend rotation and holiday rotation will be selected based off facility need.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect basic nursing care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran care settings.
• Experience caring for geriatric populations and individuals with physical disabilities.
• Knowledge of restorative and rehabilitative care practices.
