Job summary

Right at Home is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for flexible home care shifts in Foley, AL. CNAs will provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes with emphasis on individualized support and comfort.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekend options, and a daily pay option through TapCheck, with opportunities for ongoing training and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass a background check and lifting ability of at least 25 pounds.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance.
• Support with ADLs and meal preparation as needed.
• Reminders for medications and daily routines.
• Light housekeeping and transportation as required.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client condition and report changes promptly.

Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Helping with toileting and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation, errands, and appointments
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition

Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, or healthcare experience preferred
