Job summary

Right at Home Tampa Bay is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA) to provide companionship, personal care, homemaking, and occasional transportation to clients in the Sarasota area. The role offers flexible scheduling across 3–12 hour shifts, with shifts arranged to fit your availability.

We support caregivers with weekly pay, travel pay between clients plus mileage reimbursement, paid training, referral bonuses, and a retirement savings plan, along with health, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation with car registration and auto insurance
• In-person CPR certification or complete CPR class before start date
• Current Level 2 Background check or ability to pass one
