Job summary

Novant Health's Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury is seeking CNAs to join our patient care teams across multiple units and shifts. Current shifts include Nights Full Time: 7:00pm – 7:00am (36 hours/week).

We welcome applicants with a High School Diploma or GED, NA I certification, Medication Safety training, and commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. One year experience preferred; various scheduling options are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NA I certification (Nurse Aide Registry) required.
• Medication Safety - AME required.
• NC state approved restrictive interventions training within 3 months of hire for ED/Behavioral Health units.

What We're Looking For

• Education:High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience:One year preferred.
• Licensure/certification/registration:Completion of NA I program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
• Additional skills preferred:Basic computer skills for documentation.
