Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm

Coverage Area : McMinnville, Newberg, Sherwood, Yamhill

Your Responsibilities :

• Provide personal care such as baths, back rubs, oral hygiene, and changing bed linens
• Assist with dressing and undressing patients
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals, including shopping
• Monitor and care for patient’s skin to prevent breakdown
• Report any changes in patient’s condition to the Case Manager

Qualifications :

• State-certified as a nurse aide
• Current CPR certification is a must
• Listed on the state aide registry with a clean record
• Must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise dictated by state law
• Valid driver's license and insured automobile as per state requirements
