Job summary

Home Sweet Home invites a caring Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health team around Maricopa County. The CNA provides personal care, assists with ADLs, and helps patients maintain comfort, safety, and independence in their own homes.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with flexible territory coverage. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour, with opportunities for growth and supportive clinical leadership to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Home Health, hospice, caregiver, or senior care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.
• Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and light rehabilitation support as directed by the clinical team.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Educate caregivers on safe care techniques.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies to ensure quality patient care.
