A typical in-home CNA day involves arriving at a client’s home, reviewing the care plan, completing morning ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing), checking vitals, preparing meals, assisting with mobility, and updating the care log before transitioning to the next client. You’ll communicate regularly with the care team and family members about any changes you observe.
