Job summary

NewCourtland is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized plans. You will assist with daily living activities, document changes, and support residents’ dignity and safety.

Collaboration with the nursing team is essential to observe and respond to changes in condition. Requirements include PA CNA certification, an active Nurse Aide Registry listing, and a minimum of two years’ personal care experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; functional literacy required.
• Completion of a PA state-approved CNA training and competency program.
• Active listing on the PA Nurse Aide Registry, free of abuse/misconduct findings.
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing personal care; long-term care preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with resident transfers.
