Job summary

Health Advocates Network is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to work at a facility in Oxford, MS. This is a registry position with our company, offering shifts from 7A-3:30P, 3P-11:30P, and 11P-7:30A.

Pay rate is $19-$20 per hour on a W2 basis. Candidates must have at least 1 year of CNA experience, a valid CPR card, and MS credentials. A background check within 2 years is required, along with other standard verifications. Please apply and contact Destiny for questions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
• Must have up-to-date credentials in the state of MS.
• Includes active RN/LPN/CNA license, background check within 2 years, OIG exclusion search, TB testing up to date, CPR certification, driver’s license/SSN, COVID vaccination record encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff.
• Record patient information such as vital signs, weight and changes in medical history.
• Update and maintain all client records.
• Assist nurse in maintaining medical inventory.
• Administer prescribed medications to patients.
• Sterilize and prepare medical tools and equipment.
