Job summary

Ayden Healthcare of Oregon is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our Oregon, Ohio facility. Shifts run 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, and 10 PM–6 AM. We offer full-time and part-time positions with daily Pay options and benefits.

Candidates must hold an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time staff, with a competitive wage scale based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess an Ohio STNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under nursing staff supervision.
• Ensure resident medical needs are addressed.
• Provide physical support to assist patients with daily living activities.
• Ensure patients receive nutritional needs per care plans.
• Record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
• Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition and treatment plans.
• Observe patients to detect symptoms requiring medical attention.
• Document observations to nurses.

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
• Ensuring resident medical needs are being addressed,
• Providing physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities,
• Ensuring patient receives appropriate nutritional needs based on care plans,
• Recording vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate,
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities,
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention,
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.
