Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with transfer and repositioning of residents using proper body mechanics.
• Take vital signs, monitor patients' conditions, and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Assist with meals and snacks, as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including keeping living areas tidy and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
