Job summary

Right at Home Nashville is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care. You choose flexible shifts that fit your life, including weekends and part-time options, with supportive, client-focused assignments.

As a CNA with Right at Home, you will help clients with bathing, mobility, ADLs, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, while maintaining safety and dignity in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Helping with toileting and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation, errands, and appointments
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
