Job summary

Right at Home Decatur is actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes. You choose flexible shifts, including weekends, with opportunities for part-time or varying schedules in Decatur, AL.

Earn $13–$15 per hour, with weekly pay and a daily pay option via TapCheck, plus health/dental insurance and paid training. Prior CNA experience or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Previous caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Helping with toileting and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation, errands, and appointments
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition

Education
