Job summary

The Arbor Company in Warrington Township invites certified CNAs to join our luxury assisted living and memory care community. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with competitive starting pay and growth opportunities.

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on daily living support, assist with mobility and hygiene, and help create a dignified, comfortable environment for residents. We foster teamwork, respect, and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 6 months of caregiving experience preferred; memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care including activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs.
• Promote dignity, independence and quality of life.
• Observe changes in residents and report to the care team.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Help create a safe, home-like environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience preferred
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
