Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living and provide person-centered care focused on comfort, companionship, and well-being.

We offer competitive pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible part‑time schedules, $5,000 for full-time, plus comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, onsite health centers, and growth opportunities within Erickson Senior

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working is required.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans with attention to preferences and routines.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.

Location: Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
