Harborview Health Systems in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under supervision. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, and mobility, while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Open shifts include 7am-3:30pm and 11pm-7:30am. We offer top pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a faith-based, caregiver-focused environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under RN or LPN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Assist with resident mobility, transfers, ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Assist in documenting care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support development and implementation of individualized care plans.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding




• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure




• Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques




• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment




• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families




• Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff




• Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans

What You Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent




• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program




• ActiveCNA certificationin good standing




• Strong interpersonal and communication skills




• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
